Ingredients needed for fig sleep:

  • 500 ml Nidola Goat Milk
  • 6 Dried Figs
  • 1 Tablespoon Walnut


  1. Soak the dried figs with hot water and allow to soften for 1 hour.
  2. Chop the softened dried figs.
  3. Heat the Nidola goat milk to a yogurt fermentation temperature (45 degrees Celsius).
  4. Add dried figs into the milk and pass through the hand blender until smooth.
  5. Cover the desserts you share in the bowls with stretch film. Allow to ferment in a warm environment for 3 hours.
  6. You can remove the solidified dessert in the refrigerator.
