The traditional March 1 holiday, which has become an occasion to pay homage to the beautiful sex, should not in any way be associated with the communist-born pseudo-holiday on March 8. This so-called "Women's Day" is an innovation with ideological substrate, instituted in us only once with the communist regime (and which should have disappeared by itself, together with it).
The origin of the holiday is related to the name of the revolutionary activist Clara Zetkin, a kind of a shaved Ana Pauker, born in Wiederau (Saxony) and dead in the Archangelskoe (USSR), who launched the respective proposal at the International Conference of Socialist Women held in 1910 at Copenhagen.
The Communists and the Socialists held for the first time this "red" holiday in 1911. The day of March 8 was not chosen by chance: on this day, there was a great protest movement of the weavers incited to New York in 1857. "class struggle" and the abolition of traditional (including religious) values, in the atheistic-materialistic spirit of the revolutionary left.

Reflux symptoms during pregnancy
Gastric complaints are very common during pregnancy. At the beginning of this complaint is reflux. Bahçeci Clinic Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist Op. Dr. View Hande's Full Profile tells about those who are curious about reflux in pregnancy.
: What is reflux?
Kiss. Dr. Hande Akbas: Gastroesophageal reflux is the abnormal loosening of the lower esophageal sphincter (muscle-shaped ring at the lower end of the esophagus). This causes the acidic contents of the stomach to escape back into the pharynx (reflux) and cause a burning sensation.
: Why does reflux increase during pregnancy?
Kiss. Dr. Hande Akbas: As the uterine size increases during pregnancy, it causes the pressure in the stomach to increase and this increases the tendency to reflux.
Burning in the chest and souring in the stomach during pregnancy are mostly due to gastrosophageal reflux. During pregnancy, the ligaments of the lower esophageal sphincter, which are normally tightly closed, begin to loosen due to increased hormone levels in the body. As a result, food and gastric acid begin to come back to the pharynx and throat. This situation makes it easier for the baby to grow and compress the stomach.
: Do eating habits increase this effect? What needs attention?
Kiss. Dr. Hande Akbas: Food that may trigger a burning sensation should be avoided. These include orange juice, lemon, lemonade, grapefruit juice, tomatoes, mashed potatoes, french fries, onions, veal fillets, spicy chicken wings, ice cream, ice-cream milk, cheese pasta, spaghetti with sauce, liquor, wine, coffee (with caffeine or decaffeinated). ), tea, vinegar and oily salad, brownie, chocolate, potato chips. The possibility of triggering reflux is very low and among the recommended foods, apples, bananas, baked potatoes, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, green beans, peas, steaks, chicken breast meat, egg whites, fish, feta cheese, goat cheese, bran, oats, corn bread, rice, mineral water, lean salad. Caffeinated drinks (coffee, tea, cola) should be avoided. Such drinks relax the lower esophageal sphincter and cause gastric acid to return. Alcohol should be avoided. Frequent and little less food should be eaten. Food should be eaten slowly and thoroughly.
You must have had your last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime.
: Is it beneficial to take plenty of fluids?
Kiss. Dr. Hande Akbas: Drink plenty of fluids during the day (at least 8-10 glasses per day) is required. However, it is more appropriate to consume this amount between meals rather than during meals, otherwise excessive fluid intake during meals may increase the pressure in the stomach and cause reflux.
: Are there other considerations other than eating habits?
Kiss. Dr. Hande Akbas:
• While sleeping, put a pillow under your head with your shoulders. This method will prevent the escape of gastric acid with the effect of gravity.
• Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Stay away from clothing that tightens your waist.
• Bend to the floor by bending your knees, not your waist. In this way, you can prevent the increase in the pressure in the stomach.
• Always sit upright, never hump.
• Be careful not to gain more weight during pregnancy than your doctor recommended. Excessive weight gain, obesity increases stomach pressure, causing food to go back to the esophagus.
• Do not smoke.
• A number of medicines are available on the market to reduce this burning sensation in the chest. However, you should consult your doctor before using them during pregnancy.

2 tablespoons rice
100 ml milk
30 g butter

Clean the shell vegetables, wash them well, then chop them and bring to a boil. After the vegetables are boiled, strain and add the rice soup.
