How to make your baby's sleep as comfortable as possible
How to make your baby's sleep as comfortable as possible
Lack of sleep is a big problem. Especially in the first year as a parent. Although each baby is different, these calming ways can help you with a few extra hours of sleep. We wish you good luck and a good night!
The trick of wrapping
If they are wrapped tightly, newborn babies feel more secure. So, to give birth to your baby:
- Fold a corner of a square bed (light cotton ones are the best) and place the baby in the middle, with the head above the folded part;
- Pull the left side of the blanket over the baby's body, taking care to place the right arm over the chest or near the body;
- Bring the bottom of the blanket to the top of the feet, inserting the edge under the folded part below the neck;
- Place your free arm around your body and fold the other end of the blanket over your body.
Good Night Massage
Babies and children who are massaged for 15 minutes before bedtime fall asleep faster and are more likely to sleep all night than those who are swept to sleep.
Let your baby suck your finger. Thus, your baby will learn to calm down, a very important thing that will help him sleep alone.

- Easter 2020
And finally, we come to a much desired period of time, because it is the pre-summer vacation. Here it will depend on where you live, for example, in all the communities they start on April 4, except in Madrid, which will be April 3, and in the Balearic Islands, Cantabria, Valencian Community, La Rioja, Navarra and the Basque Country, which delayed until Thursday, April 9.
As for the completion of them, as you can guess it is also different. With the end of the holidays, children, like adults, find it difficult to return to our routine. And nobody wants to return! It is understandable that they do not want to return because school means effort for them (as well as work for us). Therefore, from Guiainfantil.comWe want to give you some tips so that this return to the classroom is successful and without trauma.
- We have to motivate the kids, looking, as the word itself says, reasons that he can find to go to school. It would be good for parents to ask their children about these reasons so that he can answer by taking charge of their situation. For example, one reason might be to see your friends again, meet new people, or discover everything you will learn in the new school year. The objective of this 'game' is to find reasons that can stimulate him, which is the beauty of motivation.
- In the event that the motivation - remember that it is not to encourage but to find why to do things - we will have to resort to the willpower that we all have, including the child.
- What we don't have to do is threaten Or, rather, generate fears about what may come in the coming months. For this reason, days before and, even after starting school, banish phrases such as 'Beware that this course is more difficult', 'I'm careful with ...' Instead, you have to explain what things await you.
- September and, especially the new school year 2019-2020 It is a good month to establish routines, but above all to set goals, ask the child what his goal is and what is his 'challenge' for the next nine months. In this exercise, it is good to set educational objectives, such as passing everything, but so that this is not too vague, what Andrés Paris, educational coach and pedagogue, proposes is to take the list of subjects and set a goal for each one of them so that they are responsible for what they say.
Later, Andrés advises us, you can set some social goals, for example, how many more friends would you like to have, how would you like to be recognized when the course ends ... This information, which we can reflect on paper and save, can serve to review it throughout the course and use it in the event that there may be a mini standard deviation (or not) of the objectives.
