1 tablespoon flour
1 packet of vanilla sugar
very little brown sugar
Method of preparation
Peel the apples and toss them in a bowl. Separate the white from the yellow. Mix the apples with the flour and the yolk. Beat the egg white with a little salt, add the lemon peel, brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the apples in the blue foam and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Put the melted butter in a pan. When it warms well, pour a teaspoon of dough into the pan, until you finish the composition and let the donuts fry on all sides.
Do not put them very crumbed, because it is puffed with fried eggs. Remove them on a paper towel to remove excess fat, and when they cool, roll them with powdered sugar.

Once upon a time ... as if it were not, there would never be a fairy tale world with heroes and heroes, brooms and Beautiful Girls. The National Journal brings to you on Friday, December 10, the 9th volume of the collection "Basmele romilor" - an immortal collection, for your family's library! 10 volumes with all the stories told and unrelated!
With the 9th volume of the Basmele Romanilor collection, two first-rate collectors and folklorists - Tudor Pamfile and Constantin Radulescu-Codin - will pave the way to a story world in which everyone's imagination, from the begging of a skier, to at grandparents with a gentle voice, he will be able to fly incessantly.
Beyond the unlocked gates of Tudor Pamfile's fairy tales, a delightful land emerges, in which the Nazi Nazarenes come to the aid of a charismatic emperor ("Sperla voinicul"), a charming ox seems to have a true horn of abundance ("Bou-Balanel") "), emperor girls hide in their yacht a secret staircase (" Niculcea ") or the poor argate get to covet at the hands of some beautiful emperor girls (" Good luck argat, empress genin ").
The collector also sheds light on the stories of wonderful birds or plants ("The story of the mackerel", "The story of the sunflower") and describes the foreheads with funny obituaries, such as the story of a boy who marries a fox squirrel ("Voda-emperor" ) or that of the remaining puddle between Justice and Crossroads.
Constantin Radulescu-Codin will delight his readers with stories such as that of an emperor who did not know who drys his fountains ("The son of the emperor of the legions"), one in which it will be proved that the seafaring is not always good ("The wild man") or a another of a pet with adventures ("Shepherd and the Emperor").
In its fairy tales, unforgettable heroes such as Tuliman, Emperor Pescarus or the flourishing Voinic wandered the world long and wide, fighting with fierce brooms and the kite's steppes and proving once again that where there is courage, bravery and honor, the world can be even more beautiful and better.

If all parents and teachers educate children with the value of peace from an early age, they will be guaranteeing a peaceful coexistence in their adulthood. Peace is taught by example and through resources such as stories and children's songs.
Explain peace to your child with this japanese story, titled The tears of the dragon.
Far, far away, in the deep cavern of a strange country, lived a dragon whose eyes blazed like burning brands. The surrounding people were scared and everyone hoped that someone would be able to kill him. Mothers trembled when they heard of him, and children cried silently for fear that the dragon would hear them.
But there was a boy who was not afraid:
- Taró, who should I invite to your birthday party?
- Mom, I want you to invite the dragon.
- Are you kidding? - said the mother.
"No, I want you to invite the dragon," repeated the boy.
The mother shook her head in despair. What strange ideas your child had! It was not possible!
But the day of his Birthday, Taró disappeared from home. He walked through the mountains, through streams and forests, until he came to the mountain where the dragon lived.
- Lord dragon! Dragon Lord! ”He shouted in a vibrant voice.
- What happens? Who's calling me? - thought the dragon, sticking his head out of his enormous cavern.
"Today is my birthday and my mother will prepare a lot of sweets," the boy would shout. I have come to invite you.
The dragon couldn't believe what he was hearing and looked at the boy growling in a cavernous voice. But Taró was not afraid and kept shouting:
- Lord dragon! Are you coming to my birthday party?
When the dragon understood that the boy was serious, he was moved and began to think:
- Everyone hates and fears me. No one has ever invited me to a birthday party. Nobody loves Me. How good is this child!
And while he was thinking this, tears began to fall from his eyes. First a few, then so many and so many that they became a river that ran down the valley.
- Come, get on my rump - said the dragon sobbing - I'll take you home.
The boy saw the dragon come out of the burrow. It was a pretty reptile, with subtle red scales, sinuous like a snake, but with very robust legs.
Taró mounted on the back of the ferocious animal and the dragon began to swim in the river of his tears. And while he was swimming, by a strange magic, the animal's body changed shape and size and the boy happily arrived home, driving a boat with very beautiful ornaments and a dragon shape.
