1 bag of favorite pasta (400 g)

2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 broccoli bouquets
1 pepper
150 g frozen or fresh peas
1 connection chives (stoppers) or parsley

100 g of parmesan
Method of preparation
Boil the pasta first, in salted boiling water, according to the time indicated on the packaging. Meanwhile, put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a room pan (wok type), then, when it is hot, add the broccoli bouquets and leave for about 5 minutes.
Then add the peppers, cut the strips, cook them together for 3-4 minutes and, at the end, put the peas and chives chopped (or parsley) and leave on the stove, over low heat, 4 minutes.
In a large bowl, put boiled pasta and water, warm vegetables and taste to match with salt, freshly ground pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Sprinkle grated parmesan and serve hot pasta.
