Each mother is happy to see her child grow and become more independent, but nonetheless, the feeling that one day he will no longer need you slips into the heart of any mother. You see them going through disappointments, through hardships, you would like to restore their confidence in them and assure them that they will come and succeed, but you do not know exactly how to do it.

There are difficult situations for which no one prepares you and you will often find yourself wondering what is the right way and what you should do. But it is good to know that these disorders are perfectly normal and any parent goes through or through them. Here are the most difficult situations for which you will not be prepared:

When your child goes to college

Seeing your child graduate high school and knowing that he or she entered college is a huge joy for any parent. But these feelings of pride and happiness are replaced, in a short time, by many worries about the first year of school. Where will he stay? Will he like the faculty he chose? Will he handle the exams? Will you be able to find a job after graduating? And besides these questions, there is also the fear of what will happen when he leaves home. Will you talk as often? Will he miss you? Have you prepared him well enough for life to handle it?

You must know that your child is asking these questions, even if he does not recognize. Such a big change does not come without a little uncertainty, and if you show them that you are worried, he will have even more fears. It is best to adopt a positive and encouraging attitude, which will also give you strength.

If you want to make things as easy as possible for both of you, go with your whole family on a vacation for a few days, take lots of pictures and gather beautiful memories. This way, you will alleviate your longing by looking at the pictures and you can offer him such photo frame, in which to keep your favorite image.

When your child suffers the first disappointment in love

Teens put a lot of feelings into the first serious relationship, and when it ends, they suffer enormously. It is an inevitable situation where, besides the fact that you are suffering with them, you have a feeling of helplessness, because there is nothing that will alleviate their pain and make them feel better. In this situation, it is best to give your child enough space, to listen to him, if he wants to tell you what happened, to advise him how you know better. But refrain from pressing him or disrespecting his suffering. No one wants to hear that he "has a leg up" when he goes through a breakup or that his pain is just a teenage quirk.

The most important thing you can do when your child is suffering from love is to be there for him, but to let him overcome disappointment alone, at his own pace, without hastening or making him feel embarrassed because he still thinks of his first love.

When your child prefers to spend time with his friends

As a child, you were only able to detach him from you. You were the most important person in his life and you could hardly convince him to stay in kindergarten or go to school, because he did not want to break away from you. As he grew older, he began to prefer cartoons and computer games. And as a teenager, his friends became a priority. Thus, you get to spend less and less time with your child, who prefers to go out with friends and go on vacation with them. Many parents feel somewhat betrayed, but the truth is that this behavior is rather normal, it is a sign of maturity and independence.

It is important to give your child the space he needs and not choke him. Encourage him to call his friends home. This way you will gain more confidence, because you will know who to spend their time with. He also does not force him to stay home when he would rather be elsewhere. When you prohibit a child from doing something, he will only think of the ways in which he can go over your word. But when you give them the freedom to choose, he will appreciate this, and this will be seen in his behavior.

Food fibers

Food fibers are divided into two categories: insoluble and soluble. Insoluble fiber is supplied to us by fruits, vegetables, seeds and legumes and has the particularity of being swollen in water. In this way they increase the volume of the stool, facilitate the intestinal transit, and seem to have the ability to dilute the carcinogens, helping to eliminate them from the body! Soluble fiber, present in oatmeal (oatmeal), certain fruits and legumes, helps to better control blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol.


According to the researchers of the Institute of Nutrition in France, people who consume more than at least twice a week reduce the risk of possible cardiovascular problems. Why? Simply because the fish contains Omega3 fatty acids that help reduce the risk of blood clots, lower blood pressure and certain fats in the blood (low cholesterol).
